Comment relancer une session Fedora Gnome bloquée

Parfois, mon bureau Fedora est gelé, je suis bloqué. Le PC est toujours connecté sur le réseau, le PC réponds aux pings d’un autre ordinateur.

Si vous pouvez accéder par ssh à votre Fedora gelé, voici les commandes que je fais pour réparer mon ordinateur.

Controllez la version de Linux

Vérifiez quelle session de bureau vous exécutez (DESKTOP_SESSION est déprécié):

Vérifiez la version de Linux que vous utilisez, j’utilise une Fedora 33 Silverblue :

Contournement temporaire

Lorsque je me connecte en ssh au système bloqué, je peux redémarrer le gestionnaire d’affichage GDM pour réparer le bureau gelé.

Redémarrez le service GDM:

[moore@mux ~]$ sudo systemctl restart gdm
